Any issues with the connection or feedback should be escalates to Inclusive Minds (rather than the Authenticity Advocate) who can discuss with the Advocate.

Once decisions have been made about what to implement following feedback, you will update the Advocate and Inclusive Minds so they are clear about what has and hasn't been implemented.
