Here’s some information about when you are likely to get a response to your email or if there is a better way to submit your request. Please note that in exceptionally busy times the timescales given below might double.

If you are following up an ambassador request that is in progress, you can expect a response within 5 working days. For approximate timelines see the publishers and authors
section on the website.
If you’d like to discuss a potential project, your email will be forwarded to our freelance project manager who will be in touch.
If you are getting in touch regarding a speaking or panelist opportunity, we will be in touch if it’s something that we can take up. However, during this busy time we are having to turn down a number of opportunities to focus on our clients.
If you have a friendly, random question we really appreciate you taking the time to get in touch. We would love to help as many people as possible, however, as a small organisation we have to give our full attention to client enquiries. We therefore can’t guarantee a reply to your email.
